I hope you’re all excited about today’s giveaway… because I certainly am!
Last week, the lovely people at Aurorae Yoga sent me a beautiful new yoga mat, yoga sport sweat towel, and yoga slip free rosin bag to try out.
I was super excited as the mat I’d previously been using for yoga and pilates was really old, thin, and worn! Aurorae Yoga’s mats are thick, extra long (72”), and they come in fun colors based on your personality 
I also like the down dog focal point icon!
I got the “Solar” colored mat, which is a happy orangey-yellow. I love it! On their website, they have a list of their yoga mat color options and what they stand for in terms of your “inner self.” The Solar mat is: Creative, Inspiring, Energy, Compassionate, Warmth, Family & Stability. Yay!
I really love that the mats are extra thick and long – it felt SO much nicer on my knees and the extra space was awesome, too. Plus, these mats are durable enough to go in the washing machine! Sweet!

I need infinity. My dog walks on my mat and the one I have now is light blue, with little footprints on it from his paws.

If I won, I would LOVE the seamist color. The first two words are “Soothing” and “renewal” that’s what I feel yoga does for me. It soothes my soul, and I always leave a practice feeling renewed. It’s a glorious feeling.

nature is my center. cheese ball, i know, but i’m happiest in the back country, after a long hike, camp set, and tupperware full of whatever back country cuisine was cooked up staring at whatever there is to stare up. its when i feel in control, renewed, harmonious, calm and ready for whatever comes next. any time i can achieve that same feeling in my ‘real’ life, i am thankful for.

Definitely “seamist”. I recently bought a Wii and I’m looking for their Yoga workout. It is a little slippery to do it on the rug/towel. Hope I win the mat- I love your blog it’s been very inspirational to me to get healthier.

Oh how exciting! I think I am with you Annifer…I love all the colors, but I would have to go with Solar. Not only is solar energy my passion, but I love what it represents: Creative, Inspiring, Energy, Compassionate, Warmth, Family & Stability.

It’s a toss up between Ocean and Infinity… I definitely have the caring, cooling, trustworthy and attentive part of Ocean, but a lot of the strength, professionalism, sophistication aspect of Infinity. Love that you can’t go wrong with any of these colors! The extra length sounds awesome, too… I’m never fully on the mat!

I think either “infinity” or “solar” best describes me, however I could definitely use some of the soothing and harmoniousness from “seamist”. I think I’d have to pick seamist because of that.

Nonetheless, those yoga mats looks AMAZING!!! The one I have no is not that great. If I had to pick one from the website I would pick the one called HOPE (pink) not only because I love the color pink but because I try to have hope each day. I TRY to look at each situation with some positivity. I believe that as long as you have even a speckle of hope, you can make it through any situation.
I would choose Ocean, as it best describes me and is also my favorite color.

I’ve been practicing for a few years but it’s been hard for me to accept that a yoga session can be just as beneficial as a sweaty run. I would chose Hope. I love that it is Energetic & Healing. I am a runner so I look to yoga for healing.
I would choose Hope. The color is amazingly appealing, it just feels refreshing, and would get me off of my bed in order to exercise and get in tune with myself.

ocean- because blue is my favorite color, and I love the description-relation, sedate…that is how i feel after my yoga sessions.
I would love the Solar Mat. I am a freshman in college and have a very hectic schedule. However, I do take time out of my week to make time for yoga. It centers me, brings me back to where I need to be, and eliminates my stress. The Solar mat, like it says is inspiring, gives you energy and stability. I would love for this mat to replace my tattered old purple one!

While I’m typically drawn to the bluer tones or black, I’ve lately had my eyes open to a new world of healthy living and am relishing the new energy and compassion it has given me for food and life. So I’m going with the Solar!

I would choose Ocean. I’m a 3L in law school who also loves cooking; I just registered for the July CA bar exam; and I was recently told that I will have zero time to cook (my favorite, most effective way of de-stressing and relaxing) during the 2 months that I study/prep for the exam. So at this point, I need to take advantage of all the relaxing, calming influences I can. That, and my favorite color is blue!
