Good morning, friends!
Mmmm… I went out to dinner with a couple girlfriends at Liberty Tavern, a bar/restaurant in Clarendon, VA. I’ve been there before for drinks, but never for food, and boy was I missing out! They have an awesome menu, and after some debating I ordered the Arctic Char, which was served on top of petit green lentils cooked with carrots and fennel and dressed with an olive and aged white balsamic puree. Arctic char is similar to salmon — oily and hearty. Yum!

I love girls night We had a great time chatting, drinking wine, and, of course, eating! We may or may not have been the last ones in the upstairs restaurant 😉 The servers probably hated us!

Entries are judged on creativity, presentation (both the meal and my post), quality of pictures, and effort put forth, and the winner gets an olive oil gift set! I’m really excited and have come up with a great menu that I’m making for dinner tonight — I can’t wait to share it with you guys
