Hello from Chicago! 
I had an awesome day today exploring this beautiful city!
First stop? Deep dish pizza (obviously!) with Chandra, Katy, Megan, and Gracie!
With salad. Gotta balance the pizza

I spent the rest of the day exploring the city with Chandra. Enjoy the photos!

We seriously walked like 600 miles today. (Mostly because we kept getting lost… heh). We’re chilling at the hotel now and off to the Healthy Living Summit cocktail hour in a bit, where the fun continues!

Was the water cold at the beach? I suppose it probably would have felt good considering the heat in the MidWest right now. Or, so I hear. Here in Cali, it’s been pretty cool.
The pizza looks amazing. I really miss the pizza in the MidWest. No where else like it.
It was cold, but not freezing. Very refreshing!

It is interesting to see all of you bloggers checking in with all of the fun and exciting things you are doing in the awesome city of Chicago, which i’m proud to call home. Pizza looks good, although, I prefer thin crust. But if I were there, I would certainly dig in.

I didn’t make it to Healthy Living Summit this year {boo}, so I’m blog stalking those who went so I can soak up all the photos and stories, LOL.

My CO is from Chicago and got a kick out of seeing the photos of his hometown! He used to work on a party boat on the river that you see in so many of the photos. Hope you had a fun time there, and have a safe trip back!

I’m so glad you had fun in Chicago! I’m in NYC for the month and miss my home, so these pictures made me really happy! It’s SUCH a great city, especially in the summer.
