Good morning, friends! I’m excited because:
- It’s Friday and beautiful out
- I finally updated my About Me page and COMPLETELY revamped my running training page, which now includes all my previous training plans, links to all my running related tips and informational/motivational posts (like my foam rolling how-to video and my downloadable treadmill workout brochure!), and links to all my race recaps. Woohoo! It should be a lot easier to find everything now — let me know what you think!
- Tina is coming! I’m picking her up at the airport around lunchtime, right after Biochem. I can’t wait to see her! I have an awesome weekend full of fun planned for us. I’m excited for her to meet Matt, too!
In honor of Tina’s arrival, last night I whipped up a batch of my Whole Wheat Carrot Cake Muffins (vegan)! I mean, her blog name IS Carrots ‘n’ Cake and all. It only made sense. 😉
Yummmmm. Best muffins EVER. And so healthy! Craziness.
I also whipped up a batch of my 5-Minute No Bake Peanut Butter Granola Bars, since I figure we’ll want things to snack on this weekend and at our adventure/obstacle 5k race tomorrow!
