I just have to say how excited I am that Matt and I have perfected the art of baked chicken fingers.
And also that whenever we make them there are plenty leftover. I enjoyed some for lunch yesterday, along with some other leftovers — roasted potatoes and Brussels sprouts.
I think if I had to choose one meal to eat for the rest of my life, it would be chicken fingers with ketchup. (Because I can’t eat them without ketchup, obviously.) Either that… or maybe pita and hummus.
In other delicious news, I’m loving the new Chobani Greek yogurt flavors they sent me to try! I had the Blood Orange flavor the other day and it was awesome, and the Apple Pie is delish as well. Matt LOVED this flavor.
I spent pretty much all day yesterday (when I wasn’t at school) buckling down and getting some serious work done. I spent all day/night finishing two big assignments and then face planted into bed at 9:30. I’m so cool.
But guess what? Tonight marks THE RETURN OF WALLEYBALL!!!! Remember that from last year? It’s basically the best intramural sport ever (and we are terrible at it). I’ll be back tomorrow with a recap, obviously, but in the meantime, hear are some hilarious posts about last year’s Walleyball experience:
If you had to eat one thing/meal for the rest of your life — what would it be?
