Matt and I had a blast last night ringing in the new year at a local bar with friends. So much fun, in fact, that this Instagram photo is the only one I took all night. Blogger fail! Oh well.

Happy New Year, everyone! Stay tuned for a 2012 year in review highlights post – I always love reading those from other bloggers and it’s a fun trip down memory lane for me to write it, too. 2012 was a big and VERY busy year – I got married, I finished my masters degree, and we moved back from NC to DC, among a ton of other things. 2013 is looking to (hopefully) be a lot calmer, but it will be the year that I finally get my RD (Registered Dietitian) credential, and I’m looking forward to figuring out what I want professionally and settling in to life as a newlywed.
