Another day, another quickie packed lunch:
I packed one of my all time simple favorites — hummus & tabouleh on an Ezekiel wrap:
Plus a huge mixed green and beet salad, packed with a baggie of balsamic vinaigrette:
I threw some leftover Brussels sprouts (from the brunch party) on there, too. All that was missing was some goat cheese. I’m all out — the horror!
And some grapes to end on a sweet note:

In other news, I played tennis with my friend Lindsey on Tuesday night for the first time in forever! We’ve been trying to get our schedules to coincide for awhile now and it finally worked out. We had perfect weather for it, too! I used to play tennis in high school and while I’m not all that good anymore, it’s still fun to get outside. :)
We had fun hitting the ball around casually for about an hour. We kept it low key sine I had done my early morning track workout and Lindsey is 6 months pregnant now! I am so freaking impressed that she’s still working out. I hope that if I’m ever 6 months pregnant I’m still that hardcore.
