Almond Soy Sauce Baked Tofu

The easiest baked tofu you’ll ever make:

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp. almond butter (smooth)
  • 1 tsp. low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. water
  • 1 package of extra firm tofu

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350. Mix first three ingredients in a bowl until mostly uniform, then spread on top of tofu.

Pop it in the oven for 30 minutes. That’s it! Delish and super easy :) No pressing of the tofu required!

    I finally got around to making this! It was so delicious! I amped up the ingredients and added a little extra water and marinated them for about a 1/2 hour and then baked a little longer, threw them in a stir fly and voila! It was delicious! Thanks for the recipe! :-)
