The easiest baked tofu you’ll ever make:
- 1 tsp. almond butter (smooth)
- 1 tsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. water
- 1 package of extra firm tofu
Preheat oven to 350. Mix first three ingredients in a bowl until mostly uniform, then spread on top of tofu.
Pop it in the oven for 30 minutes. That’s it! Delish and super easy No pressing of the tofu required!
