This is delicious and VERY quick and easy!

(makes one serving)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 C cooked Quinoa
  • 1/2 C canned black beans, drained and rinsed
  • Sprinkle of feta cheese
  • Drizzle of balsamic vinaigrette

Instructions:

Throw it all in a bowl and ENJOY!
