Mmmm. This recipe is a great way to spice up plain old veggies. They come out so flavorful and delicious!

Ingredients:

  • Chopped veggies! (I used parsnips, brussels sprouts, and carrots. Potatoes would also be good, as would squash!)
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Rosemary
  • Cracked pepper

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400. Chop desired amount of veggies and place in a bowl.

Add a drizzle of olive oil (enough to coat but not drown), a few shakes of garlic powder, (lots of) rosemary, and some cracked pepper.

Place the veggies on a baking tray.

Pop them in the oven for about 25 minutes.

Once out, try immediately and burn your tongue ;)

Enjoy!
