- 1 whole wheat pita (or sandwich thin split in half)
- Kidney beans
- Tomato sauce
- Feta cheese
- Zucchini (sliced)
Start with a whole wheat pita (one large or two mini) or a divided sandwich thin. Top it with a layer of kidney beans, then tomato sauce, a sprinkle of feta cheese, and sliced zucchini!
Pop it in the oven (or toaster oven) for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
Once it’s out, devour immediately, “mmmm”-ing the entire time. YUM!
