Tomato, Basil & Garlic Chicken

This chicken is juicy, delicious, healthy, and SUPER easy!

Ingredients:

  • 2 to 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic & oregano
  • Chopped fresh basil (optional)
  • Cracked pepper
  • Olive oil or cooking spray

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350.

Drizzle a little olive oil (or use cooking spray) in a deep dish. Tossed in a few raw chicken breasts and top them with this awesome canned tomato mix:

Add some chopped fresh basil and cracked pepper:

Pop in the oven for 30 minutes, and voila! That’s it! You don’t need to cover it or anything. Yum!
