The easiest soup you’ll ever make.
Two Ingredient Lentil Soup
(makes 2 servings)
- 1/2 C sprouted dry lentils
- 2 C low sodium vegetable broth
Add 1/2 cup sprouted dry lentils to 2 cups boiling vegetable broth. Immediately reduce to low heat, cover, and let simmer 15 minutes (or longer, depending how soft you want them), stirring occasionally. Enjoy! Feel free to add in some carrots, celery, etc. to add a little more bulk!
