Ingredients:
- Equal parts nonfat plain Greek yogurt and 2% cottage cheese
- Unsweetened applesauce
- Cinnamon
- Raisins
- Pumpkin seeds
Instructions:
Toss it all in a bowl and mix! You’ll want to use about half the amount of applesauce as you use yogurt/cottage cheese, and then however much of the other toppings you like

I love doing something similar to this, but don’t use raisins (just not a fan), and add pureed pumpkin. If I feel like something sweeter, I might add a few drops of liquid stevia too. Thanks for your recipes, these are all great.
