A Running & November Project DC Morning!

DSC04460

Good morning, my friends! It’s a little gray and drizzly here today, but my day started off on an awesome and sweaty note: with a friend workout date, of course! My friends Mary, Chelsea, and I all met up bright and early at 6:10 a.m. this morning to get our workout on. The plan: run the 2.5ish miles down to the Lincoln Memorial for the Continue Reading …

As always, SO worth it, both for the view and of course for how great getting in a morning run makes me feel for the rest of the day. My Continue Reading …

The Coldest Run Ever.

IMG_1069

This morning’s run wins a new accolade: it was officially the coldest run I’ve ever done. 12 degrees, with a “feels like –2 degrees” situation from Weather.com due to the wind chill? Yeah, it was really freaking cold. But you know what? It was worth it to spend the morning looking at views like this. Even when it’s this cold… the Continue Reading …
