Hello my friends – I missed you! Matt and I got back from Italy last night. I can’t believe how quickly our trip went by!
I’m bummed our Italian adventure is over, but it’s really nice to be home, too. :) I made myself my favorite breakfast this morning – my Flour Free High Protein Breakfast Pancake. After 10 days of bread, pasta, cheese, wine, and cured meats, it will be great to get back to healthy eating again!
I have a mountain of emails to go through so I’d better get to it. Stay tuned – I’ll be back to share all sorts of Italy adventure recap posts! I took approximately a million photos and I can’t wait to share them. :)
