    that’s a great post! I did the same thing – ate all the “low calorie” foods out there and I’m still working on getting the right nutrition back into my diet, it takes a lot of work to change a mindset! And I have to say, once i looked at the sodium in all the low cal soups I was eating, I was shocked! So not good for me!
