I’m off to my BioChem final!!!!!! Ahhhh.
I was up early this morning for a short run/walk to clear my head. I’m planning on getting there an hour early to have time to study/not worry about being late b/c of traffic (my MicroBiology professor from this summer is proctoring it for me — it’s an hour away).
But first — a delicious breakfast smoothie! The stars:
Brain Food Smoothie
(makes 2 servings)
Ingredients:
- 1 C nonfat plain organic Greek yogurt
- 2 C organic nonfat milk
- 1 C fresh organic baby spinach (packed)
- 1/2 C organic blueberries
- 1 large very ripe banana
Add a few ice cubes, then blend and enjoy! You won’t even know there’s veggies in it, I promise 🙂
