Greek Lamb Burgers

These juicy and flavorful Greek burgers make a fast and easy weeknight meal.


  • 1 pound ground lamb (or turkey)
  • 4 oz crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped kalamata olives
  • 1/3 cup chopped sundried tomatoes
  • 1 cup packed baby spinach, chopped
  • For serving: whole wheat bun or pita bread, sliced cucumber, baby spinach, fresh mint, cucumber garlic yogurt sauce


  1. Combine ground lamb, feta, olives, sundried tomatoes, and spinach in a bowl. Mix with your hands until evenly incorporated. Divide into 6 patties.
  2. Heat a griddle, grill pan, or grill over high heat. Cook the burgers for about 4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  3. Serve on pita with sliced cucumber, spinach, mint, and cucumber garlic yogurt sauce.
