1LARGE OR 2 SMALL SMOOTHIES
Lemon Ginger Berry Smoothie
cup coconut water
cup pure green tea, unsweetened (or, omit and add another 1/2 cup coconut water)
scoop KURA berry flavored protein powder
cup strawberries or other berry
to 2 inch piece fresh ginger
and 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
teaspoon turmeric (optional)
cups ice (less if using frozen berries)
- Place all ingredients together in a blender, blend, and enjoy!
