Hello friends!

Matt and I are currently on our way to our friends’ lake house, so in the meantime, please check out my latest Attune Foods guest post with My Favorite Healthy Summer Snack Recipe!

There’s also some fun and silly commentary in the post about my snacking habits 🙂

Enjoy — I’ll be back later with lake adventures!

I just heard a "stupid study" saying that fat people live just as long as thin people. Oh well, I feel better and look better thin. Some of these studies makes you scratch your head.

I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who gets mad when hungry. :) Snacking is such a great to way to keep hunger under control and your meal idea was splendid. I'm going to try it at home with a little Kellogg's FiberPlus(R) Yogurt Berry crunch mixed in.
