Blender Pancake Ingredients

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a blender.

Step 2

Blend until smooth.

Step 3

Heat skillet to medium-low heat. Melt butter on top. Pour 1/4 cup pancake batter for each pancake.

Step 4

Flip halfway through (once they reach a deep golden brown color). Continue until all batter is used.

Step 5

Serve with maple syrup, banana slices, sliced almonds, etc.
