Stir in flour to create a 'roux' that coats the chicken. Add dijon mustard, spices & milk.

Bring sauce to a boil, then lower to a simmer. Cook broccoli in simmering sauce for 3-4 minutes.

Step 4

Remove from heat. Stir in Greek yogurt, half of cheese & cooked brown rice.

Step 5

Spoon mixture into baking dish. Top with rest of cheese. Bake until hot & cheese on top is melted.
