This is one of my favorite snacks. Filling, healthy, and delicious. Try it, you’ll love it!
Ingredients:
- Equal parts nonfat plain Greek yogurt and 2% cottage cheese
- Unsweetened applesauce
- Cinnamon
- Raisins
- Pumpkin seeds
Instructions:
Toss it all in a bowl and mix! You’ll want to use about half the amount of applesauce as you use yogurt/cottage cheese, and then however much of the other toppings you like 🙂
