Seafood Chowder Ingredients

• Ghee/butter • Onion • Bell peppers • Garlic • Dried thyme • Cayenne pepper • Sweet potatoes • Corn • Whole milk • Scallops • Tilapia filets (cubed)

Step 1

Cook onions, peppers, garlic & spices in a large pot until softened. Add sweet potato & corn. Cook 1 more minute.

Step 2

Add milk & bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer for 15 mins. Remove & puree some of the mixture, then add it back in.

Step 3

Add diced tilapia and scallops. Cook 5-7 minutes, until cooked through.

Step 4

Serve chowder with a side of toast or crackers, if desired.
