Apple Pecan Salad with Turkey

Step 1

Bring wheat berries to a boil in a pot. Simmer until tender, then drain.

Step 2

Chop cooked/leftover turkey, apples, and pecans. Mix with wheat berries.

Step 4

Toss vinaigrette with other salad ingredients.
