Watermelon Sorbet Ingredients

Step 1

Dice watermelon & arrange in a single layer on a lined sheet pan. Freeze overnight.

Step 2

Place frozen watermelon cubes, lime juice, mint leaves & water (or rum) in a food processor or blender.

Step 3

Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.

Step 4

Spread the mixture into a loaf pan other other freezer-safe container. Freeze at least 2 hours.

Step 5

Let sit for a couple mins at room temp to soften, if needed. Scoop the sorbet into bowls.
