Ground Turkey Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

• Ground turkey • Shredded carrots • Green onions • Fresh ginger • Soy sauce (low sodium) • Sesame oil • Sesame seeds • Rice vinegar • Bibb or butter lettuce • Cilantro (optional) • Lime (optional)

Step 1

Wash lettuce. Shred carrots (and any other desired veggies) if needed. Mince ginger & slice green onions.

Step 2

Saute green onions & ginger in sesame oil until fragrant. Add ground turkey & carrots.

Step 3

Add soy sauce, rice vinegar & sesame seeds. Cook until turkey is fully cooked through.

Step 4

Spoon turkey mixture over lettuce leaves. Garnish as desired & serve!
