Deviled Egg Ingredients

Step 1

Bring eggs to a boil in water. Turn off heat, cover & let cook 12 mins.

Step 2

Let eggs cool (or place in an ice bath). Peel eggs & slice in half lengthwise.

Step 3

Scoop cooked egg yolks into a bowl. Add Greek yogurt, dijon mustard, salt & pepper.

Step 4

Mix until smooth. Use a spoon or piping bag to fill egg white halves with yolk mixture.

Step 5

Sprinkle paprika on top, then serve!
