Tomato Zucchini Pasta

Ingredients You'll Need:

• Pasta (I prefer whole wheat) • Ground turkey (optional) • Zucchini • Bell peppers • For the sauce: cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, salt & pepper

Step 1

Cook pasta of choice (I like whole wheat penne). Save 1 cup pasta water.

Step 2

Cook garlic & cherry tomatoes in olive oil until softened.

Step 3

Add 1/2 cup pasta water. Cook until liquid is reduced. Set aside.

Step 4

Cook ground turkey. Set aside. Add sliced zucchini & bell peppers. Cook until softened.

Step 5

Toss everything until well-mixed & enjoy!
