Butternut Squash Turkey Chili

Ingredients

• Ground turkey

• Garlic

• Onion

• Butternut squash

• Kidney beans

• Black beans

• Chicken broth

• Marinara sauce

• Bell peppers

• Spinach

• Brown rice

Step 1

Saute onion and garlic with olive oil until soft.

Step 2

Add ground turkey. Saute until turkey is cooked through.

Step 3

Add all ingredients (except spinach & rice) in a pot. Simmer until squash is soft.

Step 4

Stir in spinach & cooked brown rice. Cook until spinach is wilted.

Step 5

Top with Greek yogurt, cheese, and/or avocado (if desired).
