These are delicious, nutritious, and super quick and easy — a perfect healthy snack for when you are on the go!
Peanut Cinnamon Date Balls (vegan)
makes 6 balls (3 servings)
Ingredients:
- 3/4 C pitted dried dates
- 1/2 C peanuts
- 1 Tbsp. oats
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. water (to help them stick)
Just toss it all into a food processor until ground/mixed, then form it into balls. Super easy!

Thanks for another great recipe. I loosely doubled the recipe (washing the food processor is such a pain
, took out half to make the peanut balls, then to the remainder I added a couple big spoonfuls of cocoa powder and a tbsp or two of agave nectar to make dark chocolate PB balls that are more dessert like. Yum!
