I came across your whole wheat pumpkin muffins on Sparkpeople and gave it a try. They are amazing (even my kids, 11, 8 and 4 adore them!) I am always trying to feed my family healthy food but it is so hard to find food that tastes as good as it is for you. I can’t wait to try more of your recipes.
I just have to let you know that I made your no-bake granola bars (with buckwheat groats instead of cereal) and they freakin ROCK! Seriously, I’m absolutely addicted and can’t stop eating them. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Hi and welcome! I wish I could provide nutritional stats for my recipes, but unfortunately between being in grad school full time and blogging I just don’t have time to calculate it all. If you want to calculate it yourself, http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-calculator.asp is a great place to enter in all the ingredients and have it give you the stats!
