    Love all these great tips! I'm definitely going to have to scope out your yoga post because I'm not a fan. I mean, I like the idea of it and really wish that I enjoyed it (and believe me I've tried to), but I don't. But, maybe you can sway me. ;) And, I also work from a little perch! I love it! I made the switch last year and it's been great.

    Definitely some great tips! And really when it comes to loving exercise, I think it's all about finding something that you enjoy so trying DIFFERENT workouts and giving it more than just one chance. Running as a kid was awful, running as an adult was like this whole new thing that I IMMEDIATELY fell in love with.

    Thanks for sharing these tips.. great!! I started to do exercises in a gym las week, not easy because I didn't like, but now it is necessary for my health for a little problems..Im in control with a diestist and a trainer..I would like to know if is true that we have to eat something to start exercise? something like a fruit, yogurt or drink an orange juice?
