It’s seriously the most amazing tea I’ve ever had.

The ingredients are: Black tea, Rosehips, Cinnamon, Chamomile, Lemongrass, Peppermint, Papaya, Jasmine Tea, Anise Seed, Ginger Root, Orange Peel, and Orange Oil. Mmmm… spicy and sweet with no extra sweetener required! Smells amazing, too!

I have it with a bit of skim milk. 🙂 The flavors go really nicely together!

Have any of you tried it? My mom gave it to me over Christmas 🙂

(p.s. I heart my new Seattle mug from the original Starbucks!!)

In other news, yesterday was the longest day of traveling ever but I finally got home around 11:30 p.m. It’s nice to be home. I forced myself to get out of bed early today and go to the gym before work to try to get back on east coast time (and to get some movement in before sitting all day!)

And then I had my favorite breakfast 🙂 My mom is visiting and she bought some fresh berries!!! What a treat!

Mmm… this is a mix of Kashi Heart to Heart and Kashi Sunshine cereals, topped with a sliced banana and TONS of fresh berries!! Glorious. It was also drowned in skim milk, which I drank the last of straight out of the bowl once the cereal was gone. That’s how I roll 😉004

I’m home from work and now it’s time to rush off to class!

I have some exciting things coming up on the blog this week:

  • A delicious cookie recipe
  • New exercise moves
  • A giveaway!

Have a good one 🙂

That tea does sound lovely, but that bowl of cereal is OUTRAGEOUS! I love adding a TON of berries to my cereal too. Fresh berries and soy milk = the perfect addition to any cereal. :) Sounds like an exciting week in your world. Can't wait for all the fun to start! :)
