Oatmeal California Raisin Energy Bites

  • 2 cups California raisins
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter


  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Process until the mixture is finely ground and holds together when pressed.
  3. Roll the mixture into balls, as big or small as you’d like!
  4. If you like a firmer texture (and want them to keep longer), store in the fridge (or freezer). Enjoy!
