Ingredients:
- 1/2 C cooked Quinoa
- 1/2 C canned black beans, drained and rinsed
- Sprinkle of feta cheese
- Drizzle of balsamic vinaigrette
Instructions:
Throw it all in a bowl and ENJOY!
