This quinoa salad recipe was actually from our wedding caterers – I’ll share the recipe soon! It’s awesome.

My eyes were way bigger than my stomach and Matt ended up eating half my plate. 🙂

The grand finale – homemade Pumpkin Chiffon pie courtesy of Matt. Delicious!

I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving! Good luck today if you’re hitting the stores. We’re steering clear and going hiking instead! 🙂

I actually went to the store last night. It was crazy, but we got what we needed and some things we weren't expecting to find.

Looks great Anne, did you prepare dinner this year. I remember my first Thanksgiving dinner. It turned out great. I have such a large family, I cooked two turkeys and a ham.

Hi Anne, I have enjoyed reading your blog. I had to write because I was surprised and delighted to see that we share china. Mine originally belonged to my late mother-in-law and I cherish it. Do you ever post gluten-free recipes?

How cool! And I do occasionally post gluten-free recipes - if you look on my recipe page and search for "gluten free" you'll find some things. I've noted in parenthesis after the recipe title if they are GF.
