The Last Run of 2011

6 miles in 50:43 with my Dad and Matt this morning. Average pace: 8:27. Great run to end the year!

Matt and I are headed up to a friend’s place on the Maryland bay for festivities tonight. Happy New Year’s Eve, friends! Catch ya’ll in 2012. 🙂

    Happy New Year's Anne :) Great run! It's nice here in Arkansas too...:) Where did you get your compression socks? I want to invest in some, but didn't want to spend an arm and a leg on them. Either way, I think they would be a great investment. Have a great afternoon!

      Just at a running store in Chapel Hill - Fleet Feet. They are $$ but worth it!

    Happy New Year to Anne and her family. I got 3 hours sleep last night. Went to bed at 4am got up 7am, church, home, cooked ham, black eyed peas, collard greens, corn bread, mashed potatoes, fruit salad,other deserts. This is the last big feast until Easter. Back on my 5 mile walks tomorrow.High tomorrow in the low 40's burrrrrr.

    Nothing like a good 'end of the year run!' I have been loving this warmer weather in VA! I think its suppose to get really cold this week so we better enjoy it while it lasts!
