Hello friends! Remember the fun Reebok shirt I debuted on the blog last week?
Well, now is your chance to enjoy one of the shirts, too! It’s giveaway time. :)
I love these shirts – not only are they really soft and comfortable, but I think it’s impossible to have #getafterit on your back and not give your workout your all. I remember first seeing the shirts at the Healthy Living Summit when all the Reebok Crossfit coaches were rocking them. So awesome!
I’m a big fan of motivational fitness mantras and “Get After It” is one of my new favorites. Another favorite? “You never regret a workout… unless you skip it.” I also love this one. :)
Reebok sent me 5 of the women’s #getafterit shirts to give away to you guys. They run true to size (and are women’s fit so they are more snug than a normal t-shirt) and I have 2 Larges and 3 Mediums to give away. On the front of the shirt is @Reebok.
Want to win one? Simply comment on this post with your favorite motivational fitness mantra. What gets you through those hard workouts? Please be sure to include what size shirt you want if you win, too!
You can earn an additional entry by tweeting this: “ I want to win a #getafterit shirt from @fANNEtasticfood and @Reebok ! http://bit.ly/XCjtVl ” Be sure to come back and add an additional comment letting me know you tweeted.
U.S. residents only, please. I’ll select the 5 winners on Monday night!
Good luck! I can’t wait to read some of your favorite mantras – I’ll run through them in my head tomorrow morning during the Army Ten Miler!
I always think that the further my run, the more dessert I can have later. I think that counts as a mantra! (Medium)
I love the “No matter how slow you’re going, you’re still lapping everyone on the couch.” It makes me, a newish runner feel good about the decisions I am making. Congratulations on your marriage! :-) (Shirt- Large)
I tweeted too! :-) @Sig727
I get after it by getting up early to get my sweat on
LOVE that recipe. My fav workout quote is “you are so much stronger than you think!”
I get after it by thinking about how much better I will feel at the end of a workout. Congratulations on the wedding Anne!
It’s more of a health thing but I love Michael Pollan’s quote about if you are not hungry enough to eat an apple then you’re not hungry. And Medium :)
I always think of that when I feel like I might just be boredom eating!
My favorite workout mantra is “you don’t have to workout…you get to workout.” It reminds me how fortunate I am to be able to move freely and to take nothing for granted.
VERY true.
This probably seems silly, but whenever I feel like quitting during a run or workout, I think of Finding Nemo “just keep swimming, just keep swimming…” lol
Aw so adorable! :)

You never regret a good workout!
I am dying to have one of those shirts! My favorite mantra comes from Jillian Michaels: “Unless you puke, faint, or die, keep going!”. I wear a Medium.
I also tweeted about this giveaway! My user name is @beccafitz_624
I tweeted on the link and on your twitter account. Also, I get after it by thinking what a terrific job I have done as a senior citizen by walking 5 miles every day and losing 50 lbs. knowing that it will help me control my diabetes, and live my fullest for me and my family.
P.S. 1X for my 36C boobies
Somewhere in the world someone is training when you are not. When you race her, she will win. medium please :)
I LOVE that!
I try to remind myself “this is fun”… But it usually turns into “this is fun, dammit”
shirt L
Lol!
This “get after it” mantra reminds me of the Nike “just do it” campaign. I’m all about the short and sweet workout mantras!
Also: medium shirt.
These are such cute shirts!!! My favorite is “Your legs are not giving out, your head is giving up, keep going!” I thought about this during my first marathon a couple weeks ago. If I win I would love a medium!
“yesterday you said tomorrow” (medium)
or “what would Beyonce do?”
Ha! :)
As a runner and lover of all things movement/fitness, I try to remember that not only am I moving for myself, but also for those who can’t. (Medium)
“Yesterday you said tomorrow”
And large!
Keep Calm and carry on. I love the history behind the phrase!
Sometimes during my run I will repeat “I am strong, I am strong” over and over :)
I like to remind myself just to be stronger than I was yesterday so I don’t get discouraged comparing myself to others. Size medium.
Good approach!
Ooops and size Medium for the shirt ….
This quote is from a book about motivation in general, but I ask myself this when I want to stop running/biking/swimming: “Were you better today than you were yesterday?”. It forces me to think about whether I am growing in all three of those workouts everyday as opposed to where I am currently.
Medium!
They all get me motivated to start moving but especially “there will come a day when you can’t do this anymore. Today is not that day.”
Medium or large but I guess if it is a little snug large would be better.
I love that mantra, too!
I love some of the mantras that Cassey (from Blogilates) has on her activewear line – “train like a beast, look like a beauty” and “train insane or remain the same” among them. Hard to find excuses when that kind of motivation is out there! I think I’d be a medium in the shirt :)
My favorite t shirt says “As long as you’re sweating, you’re still alive”. Was very motivational when I started running this year.
Large :)
It may not be easy, but it’s worth it! (medium)
“When you have one of those days where you feel a big weight on your shoulders, do squats.”
I love this one because it just reminds me to take what life gives me and make something positive out of it! (Medium.)
That’s a great one!
I have a shirt that says “no one has ever drowned in their own sweat” that I love! I am a size large.
Ha! Truth.
“Own this moment. You’re the only one who can.” I actually saw this on a luna bar poster lol (medium)
“You’re only ONE workout away from a good mood!” or “Sweat is fat crying!”
Large, please.
I’m a competitive Irish step dancer and my favorite mantra is “eat, sleep, jig!” (small)
There are a lot of great motivational mantras. I especially like: “There will come a day when you can’t do this anymore. Today is not that day.”
Unfortunately I can never remember any of them come mile 9 or 10 of my long runs. It’s mostly internal swearing and thinking about being the eff done. :) (medium)
I like the Brooks Running classic – run happy :) my RoadID says focus on the happy too! I’d wear a medium.
tweeted!
“no one ever said it would be easy, they just said it would be worth it.” i could probably wear a medium or a large :)
Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can
~Arthur Ashe
This quote gotten wife and I motivated to start and stick with crossfit in march. Together we’ve lost over 75 pounds and we get after it almost every day! She would love one of these shirts!
And she would want a large!
That’s amazing! Congratulations to both of you!
I love the saying “Do it for those who can’t!” (Medium)
“You never regret a work out.” Simple but effective!! Gets me out of bed in the morning. I’d love to win a medium :)
My favorite mantra is “Go human, go!” which was a Quaker oats slogan for a while haha :) I also do a lot of visualizing a successful end of the workout. I’m a size medium!
If you can dream it, you can do it!
Think strong. Train strong. Be strong. This has gotten me through countless runs and races!
Medium please!
“It’s never a question of can you, but will you?”
size-medium. :)
My favourite mantra is the original “just do it”!
i tweeted

I want to win a #getafterit shirt from @fANNEtasticfood and @Reebok ! http://bit.ly/XCjtVl
Expand (medium please)
“Someday you won’t be able to do this. Today is NOT the day!” I also think about the people in my life who physically can’t do it (mother-in-law with MS, Grandma with leukemia) and do it for them!
Size Large!
I just try to remind myself that even if I only have a LITTLE bit of time, any exercise is better than no exercise – some days that means an hour workout, other days it means 10 minutes of quick stretches (think yoga, down dog especially) as flexibility is extremely important in preventing injury!
I just saw this Nike sign today: “Just do it. Even if you suck” sort of love it :)
“Some people just dream of success…others stay awake to achieve it.” This always inspires me. I love this shirt. I think I would be a medium.
“You are never to old to set another goal or dream a new dream” keeps me going when I get tired or start to think a workout or run is too hard! (Medium)
I tweeted… :)
mine is “something is better than nothing” there are so many times where i don’t feel accomplished after my run or work out, but i always tell myself the fact that i did SOMETHING is better than doing NOTHING.
forgot to post size. Small please!
This is one of my favorite silly mantras:
“Exercise in the morning before your brain figures out what you are doing.”
Size medium please :)
Love that! Very true :)
I tell myself “just keep running”-once I stop it’s hard to start back up! Size Medium please!
“Run longer, push harder, feel stronger.”
Keeps me going every time!
Size M. :)

My favorite mantra is more of a photo:

If I win this sweet tee, I’d like a medium!
I love your blog and I love the shirts! My favorite saying is “A one hour workout is four percent of your day – no excuses! (medium)
I keep telling myself “just a little farther” when I’m running. Not the best mantra, but it keeps me going.
Size:medium
Mine is “My race, my pace!”
I love the “Run With Your Heart, Not With Your Legs”.
Oops…forgot size, Large please!
I tweeted!
I tweeted! https://twitter.com/WhineLess/status/259701205087952896
My favorite running shoes (Brooks Launch) have “Dig Deep” on the shoelace tips, so that’s become my motivational mantra. Also, “Harder, better, faster, stronger.” (Medium)
Tweeted! http://bit.ly/XCX1v9
“You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.” -Wayne Gretzky :)
Size small.
I just keep thinking “one step at a time” and before you know it, you’re there! When I’m pushing myself I just keep telling myself I’m doing great, seems simple but it keeps me going when I want to give up!
However, if I had this shirt in a medium, my new mantra would totally be “get after it”!!!
I also tweeted this (@hollliipop) and I may have accidentally tweeted it 3 times b/c I am awesome at twitter.
Lol no worries :)
one of my favorites is ‘the body achieves what the mind believes’! so true! :) (size medium)
Reebok might not like it, but I think “just do it” is a great way to get myself going (it’s sort of like a command). But I also really like, “if you’re tired of starting over, don’t quit.”
I’d like a medium :)
If you’re going through hell, keep going!
Medium
“It’s hard to be hard!”
I love: “Life begins at the end of your comfort zone”.
Such a great motivator for workouts and life in general!
PS – loved the posts about Fort Lewis! I used to go there with my parents when they picked me up from summer camp. Glad you’ll had a great mini-moon!
(medium, thanks!)
I like to ask myself “will I be content/happy to be just the way I am a year – [or a month- a week,..] from now?” That usually is enough to motivate me. I’d like one of the larges, please. :)
One of my favorites is “Will you be content to be just the way you are a year [or a month, a week,…] from now?” That so helps me. I’d like one of the larges, please :)
I always tell myself, “your body is capable of more than you give it credit for” during long hard runs.
Medium
My favorite quote is “I’m not quite there yet, but getting closer every day”. If you should pick me I would like a medium please. I love your blog!
Just tweeted – https://twitter.com/LeafynotBeefy/status/259709431435100160
This shirt sounds so great, I love those soft shirts! One of my favorite mantras to think about during a marathon (or other race) is “Three and a half hours of agony for years of glory.” If I win, would love a size L!
Along the same lines, I love “pain is temporary – glory is forever” :)
Not really a mantra, but when I start to get tired during a workout and feel like quitting, I set mini goals for myself: run till the end of the current song, just 2 more reps, etc. That’s getting after it!
Medium :)
“if it were easy, everybody would do it. hard is what makes it great.” love the shirt and love reading all of these motivational quotes…keep em coming! (medium)
My new favorite mantra is the one I heard yesterday
“Any movement is better than no workout at all.”
I always force myself to be grateful that I am running again without pain! That is my mantra. Medium please :)
My favorite mantra is “keep moving”. Doesn’t matter if that means running, dancing, or swimming – just keep moving!
Size medium please!
“No hurt, no skirt!” My favorite mantra :) (either size would be great!)
I grew up with a very fitness-minded mother who would always tell me, “When in doubt, workout!” It’s especially useful to remember when I’m feeling stressed, sluggish or generally out of sorts.
Forgot my size–I’d love a medium. :)
That’s great – I’ll remember that one!
It’s only 4% of my whole day. I can do it!
Forgot to add Medium
HI! Your wedding was gorgeous. We had a a fall wedding as well (just a little over a year ago) and the weather was perfect. Congratulations! Can’t wait to see more pics. My favorite quotes usually have to do with running. I just found this one: “I don’t run because I love the feeling of running. I run because it makes me love the feeling of living.” So good! Thanks for the giveaway!
Thank you! What a great quote!
What I tell myself is “I CAN DO HARD THINGS!” I find this very empowering if I repeat it to myself
I really love the slow quote above because even though I’m not overweight I’m a very slow runner. I still do it, but it’s not really my body’s natural thing. People much larger than me run much faster than me but I just do what I can!
P.S. My hubby and I love your 5-minute oatmeal bars.
Size medium
I’m glad you like the bars! :)
Anne I retweeted as well.
my fave workout mantra? “you can do anything for 10 minutes.” it’s SO true.
https://twitter.com/CaitPlusAte/status/259726558787428352
Of course it’s hard, it’s supposed to be, if it were easy everyone would do it! – recent hell and back challenge motivation! Medium! :)

Favorite quote: this ain’t no swagger, I’m just sore! My crossfit buddies and I say it! Being sore feels sexy!
Size medium please:)
When it gets tough I remind myself “nobody wants it more”
Shirt – large.
I tell myself “you can do anything for one more minute…or one more mile…”
(M)
“Whether you believe you can or believe you can’t, you’re probably right.” -Henry Ford
Also, medium shirt, please. :)
Current favorite “Don’t be upset by the results you didn’t get with the work you didn’t do”
My favorite lately is “sweat is fat crying to get out.” (large)
During a marathon or long trail race, I’ll say stuff like “you are stronger than this hill!” “you own this.” Size M
My favorite mantra is “no pain no gain”. Size medium.
This blog post of yours just made me realize how many mantras I actually have…
At the moment though “MAKE IT COUNT” is one of my favourites, but it’s really hard to decide! And thank you Pinterest for allowing us all to share our mantras and inspire each other!
I’ve been looking to buy one of these bad boys since you and Stuftmama sported them a couple of weeks ago! They look so nice! (size large)
btw I actually love Matt’s t-shirt just as much as the purple one…. I have a crush on all things peach atm…plus it looks sweat proof.. haha
My favorite mantra while running is “down.” Whenever things get tough, I just keep repeating “down” every time my foot hits the ground. It’s pretty simple, but effective!
(size medium)
When I dont want to do a scheduled run, or if I want to slow down in race, I tell myself “just nike that shit”.. it works. nike=just do it! (medium)
I posted on Twitter!! And a medium would be great!! I LOVE this quote!
I just keep thinking strong and healthy is the new “Skinny” and that I deserve to be strong and healthy.
size small
When I’m hitting the wall I say this!! All the time and it seriously helps! Thank you! And I wear a medium!
I tweeted
i know this may sound bad, but i always add in swears to my mantras! LOL! I usually say, cmon meg get your ***** head in the game! you got this! works for me! I love this shirt, i’ll take a Large :)
Cute shirts! Congrats on your marriage! Wedding was beautiful.
My fave is: ‘It doesn’t get easier, you just get better!’
I just pinned the slogan about the couch. Mine is…just keep moving. Congratulations on the wedding! Mary size L
I always think to myself “you’ve already done this for 20 minutes; you can certainly do this for 25 more”. *20 minutes in is when I’m starting to really sweat and try to bargain myself down from my normal 45 minute workout : )
Oops–size Medium, please!
When I’m feeling run down during a workout, I usually just tell myself “Keep going; you can do this; you’re almost done!” And it works! (Medium)
medium and just do it!
If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.
Would love a medium
My favorite is-
“It never gets easier, you just get better!!”
Size medium :)
Aw I like that one!
“You’re worth every ache.” It’s awkward, but honestly, every ache shows me what my body can do. And pushing my body reshapes it and helps it thrive. And I’m worth the attention it takes to make myself ache. (Large)
And tweeted!
fitness is a journey, not a destination! (size m) :-)
As cheesy as it sounds-the old standby Just Do It works for me on low motivation days. It runs through my head and I get moving and head to the Crossfit box.
I just try to look around and take deep breaths and remember all of the things I have to be grateful for. I know that isn’t a mantra but usually that is what is motivating for me! Medium please, but might be fine too!
My favorite fitness mantra is “all day” which is something I first heard at my CrossFit box, but hear that’s a military thing!
As ridiculous as this may sound, when I run and am wearing out, I say “just keep swimming!” from Finding Nemo. I love that movie, it always makes me smile so not only does it motivate me but it just makes me happy!! I’m a medium if I win. . .
Someone else said the same thing! So cute.
“Just keep running” it’s on my RoadID! medium please!
I love: you only fail when you don’t try. So I’m trying to win a large shirt!! Woo!!
It’s probably silly – but my favorite is stolen from Friday Night Lights :) “Clear eyes, Full heart, Can’t lose! (Large)
“Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity”.
Medium t-shirt
Just keep one foot in front of the other. Yay! Happy Weekend, have fun with the Army Ten Miler (Mdm)
“It’s my body. If I don’t take responsibility for keeping it healthy, who else will?”
(Large)
my bff and i always motivate each other with “play hard, win big!” i’d love to sport the #getafterit in a medium, please :)
and i also tweeted – @kro39
I’m ready to brag about my workout afterwards. Let’s make this happen.
Women’s Large, please! :P
Heh love this!
I run in memory of my dad who died from leukemia when he was only 45 years old. Every time I need motivation as I am running/walking and feeling like giving up, I think about my dad and how he got up and went to work sick and tired and struggling to breathe. He did this without complaint. What I do – or attempt to do – by running/walking and training is nothing compared to what he did! I recently lost 132 pounds and completed my first half marathon so I also remind myself that the fact that I am physically able to even contemplate training for races is a victory and I need to run on!!
That’s amazing, Amanda – congratulations on how far you have come!
Pain is temporary, pride is forever! I repeat this over and over during runs and tough Crossfit workouts!
(size medium)
I just tell myself ” you will feel proud of yourself”. It works most mornings when I would llike to stay in bed, but I have planned a run.
“Run hard and be nice to people!!!” Sweet and simple! You made a beautiful bride! Congrats!
What a nice motto! Thanks!
Saw this quote by Marc Bloom on Runner’s World Magazine’s FB page. I had been telling the women in my running group to call it running for a while too ;). “Generally slow running is considered jogging, but I think you’re better off considering yourself a runner from the start.”
Oh and medium or large would fit so maybe that ups my chances of winning ;)
Totally agree – everyone who is out there is a runner, fast or slow, long or short mileage!
I have this written on my RoadID…”No Excuses-Never Give Up”. If you want something bad enough, you make time for it. I hate when people ask me how I find the time to do all that I do. I just make it a priority, and I find the time. I’d love that shirt in a large:)
Totally agree – just make it happen if you want it enough!
I love those shirts! My favorite motivational quote is “you never regret it when you do it, but you always regret it when you don’t”! This quote always motivates me!
I forgot to say that medium or large would be great! Thanks :)
Knowing I’m doing more than the people on the couch, and showing my daughter who is in her stroller that exercise is good gets me through those tough runs!!
Medium please. Or large ;) I’m not picky!
My mantra to get me going through my latest TBI and Lyme disease has been , my determination and strenghth of will will carry me just so far, exercise will make me stronger mentally, physically and spiritually. So, I tell myself I can do it even when the pain feels overwhelming and as I walk I notice the beauty around me and the pain becomes a little less and I become a lot more.
I loved sharing your wedding weekend with you and your family. You were an exquisite bride. Peter and I feel priveleged to have been part of such a memorable occassion! Give Matt a big hug from me! Many hugs and best wishes always! Ellen (medium)
P.S. Good luck tomorrow with your run!
Thank you, Ellen! It was wonderful to meet you – thank you for joining us!
Such a great looking shirt! I did my first crossfit workout this week and LOVED it! can’t wait for more!!
love it!! I think to myself “slow and steady wins the race” or “if you stop now it will be longer before you finish” or “c’mon c’mon c’mon!” :)
Mine is “do something today that your future self will thank you for” to get started. :) Medium
When a workout is getting really tough, I say to myself “Just think about how you will feel when this is done.” I always feel GREAT after a super hard workout, so the pain is worth it. (Size Medium)
My mantra is “for myself for my family” I use this during a tough workout in order to remind myself I’m doing this workout to strengthen myself and so I can be strong and hopefully around a long time for my family. I wear a medium.
My favorite mantra is from Dory in “Finding Nemo” – “Just keep swimming, swimming, swimming…” (or running, running, running or biking, biking, biking). That goes through my head over and over when I’m starting to tire.
Oh and I have my hubby’s Road ID inscribed with “Do or do not, there is no try.” Either size would be fine but Medium is my preference.
Make yourself proud is my go to!
My mantra is the “The finish is worth it.” Once you are done and have done a kick butt work out…you can take on the world! =)
Oh and size medium!
What gets me through a workout is thinking about the awesome feeling I always get when I’m finished. Plus the idea that I can add few more calories in my diet for the day doesn’t hurt ;)
So true ;)
My favorite mantra is, “Sweat is the cologne of accomplishment.” Makes me feel good about sweating like a pig at the gym :)
Size medium!
Ha – love that!
I get after it by thinking how good I am being to my body – no ever regretted an awesome workout! (small)
I loved reading all these quotes–My favorite work out mantra is “push it to the limit.” Size large shirt please :)
When a workoout gets tough, I always tell myself that pain is on temporary. Size medium
Lately, I’ve been singing the lyrics from Kelly Clarkson’s recent hit, “what doesn’t you makes you stronger, stand a little taller…” and “what doesn’t kill you makes a fighter, footsteps even lighter…” to motivate me to persevere through challenging workouts.
I tweeted! https://twitter.com/carrotrunr/status/260029975959326720
“Change can’t happen unless you change yourself!”
This helps me get to the gym on those days I would like to be snuggled on the couch! Size small please!
It sounds cheesy, but mine is just do it since that is usually what it comes down to. Medium :)
For the end of a long race when you’re sooooo tempted to quit pushing:
“The faster you run, the faster you’re done!”
(size medium!)
I remind myself how good i feel after a sweaty workout about myself !
I love “No net ensnares me.” It’s from Jane Eyre (my favorite novel), and I use it to remind me that nothing can stop me from reaching my goals! I wear a large. Good luck with your race!
I love “What would you attempt to do if you knew you could not fail” It doesn’t just apply to workouts but I love the idea of seeing how far you can really go! :)(medium)
I always think about a quote i saw on pinterest a few months ago “I’m making myself epic.” it always motivates me!
Medum
Another pinterest one I love is “My feet hurt from kicking so much ass.”
I’m always thinking of being faster than the person on the couch when I run – I’m not super fast so it’s a great motivator for me – size lg if I win :)
Love the shirts! My favorite mantra that I recently used in my first 10k is “Pain is temporary, pride is forever!”. I’d be a medium shirt!
If you wait for perfect conditions you’ll never get anything done!

My favorite mantra is you’ll never regret a workout and it’s only an hour out of your day! I’d love a medium!
I always tell myself that pain is temporary, quitting is forever! It always seems to get me thru the tough miles
I love that one too!
For hills or just a difficult run I like “up, over, and through” from Kristin Armstrong and Mile Markers because it’s not just enough to get up the hill, you got to make it all the way through to keep going. Also for race days I love “for the first half don’t be a hero, for the second don’t be a wimp!” Medium please!
Great giveaway! I’ve been eyeing these shirts! My favorite mantra is, “Little by little, one travels far”

My favorite fitness mantra is “one step at a time” – it is a good reminder that doing even a little bit is better than nothing. Plus, once you take those first few steps its so much easier to keep going!

I saw a hilarious Tshirt during the marathon that I like…’it’s not sweat, it’s liquid awesome!’
I go by “Because you can”. I think of all of those people who “cannot” for whatever reason, and I am thankful that today, I still can get out and exercise! I would like a medium.
Love your blog & congrats on your wedding! my favorite quote: You can feel sore tomorrow or you can feel sorry tomorrow. You choose!” (if i’m so lucky to win, shirt = medium)
I have a few! If it’s a morning workout I just tell myself, if I get it over with now, I’ll get my day started earlier and can relax later!
At the gym I just think just finish this rep, then this set and keep going…babysteps and it’s done before ya know it!
Running it’s more of a “put a heart racing, smile on my face” song and just let go of everything else!
Medium!

I know Lance Armstrong is in the doghouse right now (yowza) but my husband always quotes him and says “pain is temporary, quitting lasts forever” whenever I feel really blah about working out :) (large…don’t have twins, something that may be forever is my kangaroo pouch haha)
“Hard Work Pays Off”
Would love the Reebok shirt in a medium!
My fitness mantra is just thinking that anything physically active i am doing (regardless the intensity) is beating those just sitting on the couch watching and not getting active. I would love a medium!
I always like to run to kanye west’s song stronger – that that dont kill me can only make me stronger!
Congrats on your wedding – you were a stunning bride! My favorite fitness mantra is “Know your limitations and then defy them!” (fine with either size, prefer M)
Thank you!
I am a Nike girl…just do it! That had been my mantra for so long and it gets me through those days when I am just not feelin it! (Medium would be great)
My favorite mantra is one I read on pbfingers blog! “If you keep doing what you’ve been doing, you will keep looking how you’ve been looking”. Gets me every time! :) — I wear a medium!
I love “One of the greatest feelings is doing something today your body couldn’t do 2 weeks ago.” (Small)
“You’re not done until you’re shaking!” <– my trainer tells me that one all the time… it hurts but love the high after reaching something I didn't think I could :)
OH! and medium!
No pain, no gain, as you know!
You can feel sore tomorrow, or you can feel sorry tomorrow- your choice. (large to be safe!)
Hi, I have two that I wanted to share, that I love….
“Life begins at the end of your comfort zone”
and…
“Whether you think you can or whether you think you can’t, you’re right”
I would love a shirt! Preferably a large but medium might work also.
Thanks!
Those are two of my favorites, too!
“Just Do It!” is my favorite mantra! I love these shirts and am so jealous of all the Reebok gear I see a lot of bloggers sporting around.
And if I won I wear a size medium :)
One of my faves is something I found on Pinterest: “It’s easier to wake up early and workout than it is to look in the mirror each day and not like what you see.”
(Large)
I love the quote “don’t wish for it, work for it”. You’ll only get where you want to be with hard work. I’d love to win a size Medium shirt.
I tweeted about the giveawaay. I’d love to win a size medium.

Lately my workout mantra is “be grateful you CAN workout!” I’ve had a couple of friends who were seriously injured and would give anything to be able to go on a run – that makes me not take working out for granted!
“If you wait for perfect conditions, you’ll never get anything done” This mantra is true for so many things! I would like a Size L if I win!
All I have to do is manage this moment.
When I’m in the middle of a tough Crossfit workout or a long run, I often get Kanye’s song “Stronger” in my head: “N-n-now that that don’t kill me, can only make me stronger, I need you to hurry up now, ’cause I can’t wait much longer.” That song and the chorus to Jay-Z’s “On to the Next One” have gotten me through quite a few reps. :)
If I win, I could wear either a med or a large, so I’ll take whatever’s available!
Definitely love the mantra that “no matter how slow you go, you’re still lapping everyone on the couch.” Especially since I’m not the fastest runner. But I set small goals (like beating the person dressed as a marshmallow peep in the Halloween race). Love the shirt, either size is fine. And I would share it with Lisa :)
Tweeted!
I love “Just keep swimming..” from Finding Nemo. Sometimes it’s just what I need to finish a run strong!
Tweeted!
So many great motivational sayings! I like “The stronger you are, the better you feel.”
Medium.
I tweeted!
“Whether you think you can, or think you can’t; you’re right.” love that quote, you can do anything you put your mind to
My favorite is “Sweat is fat crying”. I find it humorous and motivating.
Large please.
My favorite mantra right now has been “just start”. Having to fight back after a diagnosis of POTS has not been easy, but I just have to start. Every step I take, every mile I bike, every yoga class I go to is one more rebellion against my diagnosis and giving in.
Good for you!
I have used “I’ve never regretted a workout” as my mantra for years. It really helps when I’m feeling unmotivated. I also tell myself that I have to workout for 10 minutes and then if I’m not feeling it, I can stop. Of course by the 10 minute mark, I’m starting to feel great! Medium shirt, please :)
I used to hate running in places where people could see my red, sweaty face, so reminding myself of the couch lapping mantra has helped :)
(size medium)
Be proud of that sweaty, red face! I’m proud of mine :) Shows you worked hard!
I always tell myself that I will be more upset if I skip my workout than if I just get my butt off of the couch and do it. I never want to feel guilty about it so it usually does the trick :) I’d love a medium shirt, please!
My favorite is actually one you posted: “No matter how slow you go, you’re still lapping everybody on the couch.” As a new runner, it’s a real challenge! So, I wrote this quote on the back of my ipod and I look at it every time I run. Large, please!
Reshape your life one workout at a time! (Size Large)
One of my favourite’s is ‘One day you won’t be able to do this. Today is not that day.’ Really helped me through my first marathon last year! I’d love a tshirt to keep me motivated!!
also if i win i’d love a large please (motivation to get down to a medium!)
Right before I want to give up I always ask myself…what if I HAD to do this? That always makes me realize that I still have a little bit more inside me to push through it! Anddd sometimes that’s it and i’m done haha.
I’m a size S :)
I don’t have a particular mantra, but I always look forward to that moment where the running voice in my head goes from “Can I do this? I don’t know if I can do this. Can I do this???” to “You can DO THIS!” to “I AM DOING THIS!!!!”, and then accomplishing my goal!
Gah! Large! (Sorry!)
I like to remind myself the I “dont HAVE to exercise, I GET to exercise!” Keeps things in perspective :)
I’d love a medium if I won!!
I am loving the recent Under Armour commercials “No matter what, sweat every day”
I’d love a Women’s Medium!
My favorite motto is Keep Moving Forward :) It can apply to so many things in life! I’d love to win this shirt in a women’s large!
“You are always stronger than you think you are!” Always makes me bring my A game!
(M)
Mine right now is “I’m going to get a medal!”
I’m running my first half marathon this weekend. There are only so many finisher medals. I really want to get one. It may be silly but it works!
I wear a large.
Good luck!!! :)
Thank you! That is so sweet! I am really looking forward to it!
I tweeted.
@leahbfrazier
“If you’re not sweating, you’re not working hard enough” and ” you can do one minute of anything” are my favorites! If you break your workouts in to intervals, and think of them as a bunch of one minute workouts it helps you push yourself
My mantra is “just one more step”. I am constantly repeating that as I struggle to complete workouts. Size large if I win.
I can do anything for 1 minute!
I tweeted!! Let’s getafterit!
I recently saw a quote that said “your mind will quit a thousand times before your body will. Feel the fear and do it anyway!” I thought that was great!
Medium
That’s awesome!
I always tell myself, “you are stronger than you think” and “mind over matter” because I know my body can go further it’s just my mind playing tricks on me! I love the #getafterit tshirts, they look so comfy too! If I win, I’d be able to wear a Medium or a Large.
“Make it a lifestyle, not a duty” – helps me remember that I should enjoy working out/make it me time and not just checking off a thing on my list of things to do.
Medium
I tweeted!
I really like the quote “Don’t compare yourself to others. Compare yourself to the person you were yesterday”.
And I love those shirts! I would need a medium. Thanks! :)
NBD!! No big deal…you can to this!!!
Oh and size Medium ;)
I tweeted!
You are a machine (it really works!)
Large
