Cinnamon Raisin Almond Balls

These are SUPER easy, quick, and amazing — perfect for snacking on the go. The raisins make them perfectly sticky (without having to deal with the major stickiness of dates!) and the flavor goes beautifully with the almonds and cinnamon :)

(makes 12 balls or 6 bars)

  • 1 C almonds
  • 1 C raisins
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Rinse the raisins and almonds with some water. Toss them in a food processor with the cinnamon. Whirl away! SO easy.

Then, form them into ball or bar shapes!

Enjoy :)

In case you’re curious… here’s the nutritional breakdown per serving size (one serving is either two balls or one bar):

Easy! Made them for the first time today and love them. Next time I think I’ll add more cinnamon and a light sprinkle of large chunk salt on top before serving. And I’m debating whether or not to hide a chocolate chip surprise in the center of each ball.
