My new favorite smoothie. Perfect for summer. Or winter, when you wish it were summer
Hidden Veggie Cherry Lemon Smoothie
Ingredients (for 1 smoothie):
1 6oz. container Chobani nonfat lemon Greek yogurt
6 frozen cherries
1 very large handful baby spinach
3/4 cup nonfat or lowfat milk
4 ice cubes
Instructions:
1) Toss everything in a blender and whirl away!
2) Dive in headfirst. Try not to swoon because it’s so delicious.
