It’s back to the daily grind over here. That means lots of packed lunches! I’m still enjoying my leftover Sweet Potato Lentil Chili (plus quinoa…) — I’ve discovered it’s 1,000 times more delicious with feta on top:
But then again… what isn’t more delicious with feta on top?

I also packed up a Chobani lemon for some extra protein — LOVE this flavor.
And some of the most delicious grapes ever. Huge and juicy.
Tower o’ lunch:
Yum, yum! I also packed my tea mug and a couple packets of tea, as per usual. Just add (free) hot water! :)
Afternoon snacks will include some nuts/trail mix lurking in my backpack. I always keep emergency snacks in my backpack. All hell breaks loose if I get too hungry.
I’m wearing a fun new (well, not really, I got it a few months ago and just haven’t worn it yet) dress from Target ($20, obvi) today in honor of the fact it’s going to be 70 degrees! I also busted out my favorite fall earrings — they’re shiny, gold colored, and shaped like leafs! I got them at Aldo earlier this year. I love big earrings — they make me happy. :)
