Good morning from “Hotel Anne P.”, as Katy has dubbed it! 🙂

011

Hotel Anne P. amenities include:

  • awesome company
  • free wi-fi for all your blogging and twittering needs
  • delicious healthy breakfasts (none of this “continental” business here!)

YUM! Katy request my “purple” pancakes, aka Pomegranate Blueberry Pancakes! I was more than happy to comply 😉 We followed my recipe exactly except I added a few shakes of cinnamon to the batter!

009

… mmm love this topping!!

And now I’m racing off to work! So excited to head to Baltimore tonight!!

Have a great day and be sure to check back later — there will be LOTS of blogging going on this weekend 🙂

…

p.s. Remember the Olive Oil Press cooking competition (see my Olive Oil Feast post) that I entered? They have opened up the entries for votes and I’d LOVE if you guys would head over to their site and give me some love! 🙂
