On the lam(b)

Dinner last night was deeeeeelicious! We had quite the feast and a blast hanging out cooking and sampling wine at Hardy’s place. I love dinner parties, don’t you? :) Also, I’m totally impressed when guy can cook (and actually enjoys it!).

And the shining star:

Lamb chops marinated in garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and fresh herbs (courtesy of Hardy)

We may or may not have also had tater tots ;) (team effort, heh)

We also enjoyed some more delicious wine, starting with a mystery tasting for me and Jenna from Hardy!

It turned out to be GEORGIA wine!! (That’s where he’s from :) ) The Chardonnay was my favorite. So delicious!

Now Jenna and I are having green Amazing Grass smoothies and making plans for the day. We’re thinking the coast and some hiking before the festivities tonight. Stay tuned :)

What are yours plans for ringing in the new year? I feel like I’ll have to celebrate at 9 p.m. in addition to midnight since that’s my normal time zone ;)
