Strength/Ab Exercises


Looking to switch up your routine? Here are some of my favorite strength, core, and ab exercises you can replicate on your own with minimal equipment. They are sure to give you a good workout!

(Disclaimer — I’m not a fitness expert or certified personal trainer; these are just moves I love and have found to be effective. Try them at your own risk!)

    Plank is definitely my favorite. Can do it everywhere. Also you can increase time each time you do it which is great for progress. Thanks for sharing
