The Eagle Ab has to be the best ab exercise known to man!
It’s great that you show us all the exercises you do in your training sessions. It gives me some new ideas! Thanks :)
I came across your site when looking for some good ab workouts. I am going to try these in my routine.
Wow! You’re hardcore! I love what you did with this post – fun ways to switch up the routine, no excuses, and photos of you for goal-setting. This is inspirational, and broken down so that it’s do-able. Thanks for sharing, I’m going to add some of these to my routine! Except for maybe that revenge of the tire stuff – lol, you go girl.
I love a good challenge, and this ab workout looks tough!
Glad that I landed on your blog. I’m 40+ years old and my core is getting weaker with age. I think these are some great exercises to start with. Thank you so much for the great workout suggestions. I’m definitely gonna try these.
Plank is definitely my favorite. Can do it everywhere. Also you can increase time each time you do it which is great for progress. Thanks for sharing
Anne, what is your record on plank?
I’m not sure – it has been a long time since I timed myself!
