Even though I'm reading this post in the morning .... it's making me very hungry for supper foods!! Everything looks delish but the sweet potatoes are especially yummy looking. Is there a recipe to share?

Sure -- it's a savory twice baked sweet potato recipe from another blog: http://www.spoonforkbacon.com/2012/06/twice-baked-sweet-potatoes/ --- the pomegranate seeds were our addition. :)
