Ingredients:
- 3 Tbsp. Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- Juice from half a lemon
- Cracked pepper to taste
Instructions:
Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl and serve drizzled atop your favorite salad!

How long will this last in the frig if I store it? thanks!
I’m honestly not sure! A week or two I’d say? I’ve usually only made enough to last a few days. Just make sure it doesn’t start smelling weird and otherwise i’m sure it’s fine
