Good morning, friends!

I thought today it would be fun to share some photos from my future mother-in-law’s cooking club (she’s on the right in the photo below)! The ladies in the group with her all read my blog (hi ladies!) and will be in attendance at me and Matt’s wedding (in 9 days — ahh!!). In honor of our upcoming nuptials, they decided to have this week’s cooking club theme be “Anne’s Food Blog”. How cute is that? Even cuter is that they sent me photos of everything. 🙂

First up on the menu was my Pumpkin Bean Dip with some blue corn chips. One of my faves — great for fall football season!

Next up was my Chicken & White Bean Chili Soup — apparently everyone loved this!

For their main course, they enjoyed my Tuna Salad with a Healthy Twist on pita bread, plus some unpictured Smoked Salmon & Dill Wraps!

And for dessert, my vegan & whole wheat Carrot Cake Muffins. I love these!

Sounds like an awesome menu! I was impressed. 🙂 I think I need to start a cooking club with friends… sounds like fun!

Are you part of a cooking club?

That looks like so much fun! I am not part of a cooking group but I think it would defiantly be something I would love to look into! I am not the best cook so I can use any help I can get :-)

That is so adorable! I'd love to be part of a cooking club (and a book club, and a knitting club...I'm a big fan of clubs, apparently).

Ahhh, that's adorable that they dedicated their cooking club to you! And cooking club!? What a great idea! I'm not part of a cooking club, but I am part of a book club where we all bring something each month. Maybe we should combine the two!

That is precious! My momma has a group of girlfriends I call "the single lady mafia" because it's a group of single women all of whom got divorced around the same time and they've banded together- they're great support for each other and always having fun! I think that they've got more of a social life than I do :P

A cooking club sounds like fun! I like the idea of clubs, but I never can stick to one. I joined a book club once, but I'm kind of picky about what I read (yes, I'm one of those pretentious readers who prefer the classics) so it didn't stick. But food! Now that seems like something that could work...

What an adorable group and what a great idea! Love the idea of a cooking club and I've always wanted to start one. Maybe when life slows down (understatement) and there is more time to actually just sit back and enjoy things like this. :)

Why didn't we have one while we were all together at UNC?! I feel like that would have been so "us."

That is seriously adorable! My mother in law and I don't get along so well...I mean, we love each other but are just so so so so SO incredibly different (she is Irish Catholic and was once a nun(!) and I am a liberal Jew). It is hard for us to see eye to eye on many things, including how to raise my children. Oh well, it could be worse.
