Healthier Chicken Broccoli Rice Casserole

This is a great comfort food casserole that you all seem to love, too!

“I followed the recipe just as it is with no changes. I made it in a Dutch oven so it was a one pot meal except for cooking the rice. It was creamy and flavorful. My family’s only critique was to make the broccoli pieces smaller next time. It was a hit!” -Laura

“Loved it – simple to prepare and delicious. The seasonings are great, especially the thyme.” -Hannah

Perfect Microwave Banana Oatmeal

This is my classic go-to and I know it has been a favorite of my readers for years, too.

“Go-to oatmeal recipe – it’s quick and easy. The oatmeal has a great texture and is the recipe itself is super customizable!” -Heather

Sheet Pan Asian Salmon & Veggies

You all have good taste because this is one of our all-time faves too! Simple to make and incredibly flavorful.

“I love this salmon recipe- it’s my go to. I use whatever veggies I have on hand and adjust their cooking time but the flavors for the salmon are SO GOOD. I make this often when I’ve got company!” -Jen

Creamy Homemade Italian Dressing

creamy Italian dressing with garlic cloves and herbs

This creamy and delicious salad dressing is my fave for dressing my Zesty Italian Pasta Salad, but it tastes great on pretty much any green salad.

“This is so good!! I’m really liking making my own salad dressings and this is delicious, as are your others, Anne. Thank you!” -Kelli

Gluten-Free Banana Pancakes

banana protein pancakes with berries on top

We make these protein-packed banana pancakes ALL the time. Riese loves them, and so do I.

“Made this for lunch for the first time today! It turned out great. I’m sooo glad because every other protein pancake recipe I’ve tried has been a big #fail. Topped mine with some defrosted berries and white chocolate wonderful pb. Very good!” -Kyra

“Tried your pancake recipe today. I didn’t have any flax seeds so I substituted a tablespoon of peanut butter. It was delicious! I will be making this recipe again.” -Jane

“I made these again for breakfast today for my boyfriend and I… now I’m having one for an after-workout snack #obsessed.” -Elena

Quinoa Taco Salad

All the fun and flavor of tacos in a delicious, easily portable quinoa salad. My family loves this recipe!

“My first time making a ”fannetastic” recipe… huge success! This was so good!” -Adriana

“We just made this for dinner tonight. It was amazing!! I added a little seasoned ground turkey. My kids ate theirs with some tortilla chips & the hubby and I had it as-is. We have plenty of left overs for lunch tomorrow. I’m so glad to have this recipe!” -Kristen

“I made this last night for my lunch today. Can I say AH-MAZ-ING??? Sooo good!!” – Kathy

Saucy Chicken with Tomatoes and Artichokes

This is one of our favorite go-to, REALLY quick dinners (ready in 15 minutes max). It’s super easy, packed with flavor, and healthy – and only uses one pan.

“This recipe was delicious!! I am still a novice in the kitchen, so I loved how easy it was too. Thank you for sharing!” – Miriam

“This was so tasty! Even my husband loved it! I had half a can of black beans in the fridge so I served it over the beans and some brown rice. I also added the zucchini, squash and some fresh green beans (felt great to use up a bunch of stuff in the fridge!). I’m adding this to my regular recipe rotation. Thanks Anne!” – Amanda

Zucchini Lemon Muffins (Vegan)

lemon zucchini muffins

This is another old recipe that has been a long time favorite of readers, as you can see from the review below! 🙂

“I have to be honest, I was a bit skeptical of the cinnamon and nutmeg thing happening in ‘lemon zucchini’ muffins… BUT THESE ARE DEADLY, and DEADLY GOOD LOOKIN too!! (Probably the most beautiful muffins I’ve ever made, I’ll tell ya that)! No false advertising in the Web name… these have a fall aroma and aura to them that is just melt in your mouth fannetastic. I even chopped up some candied ginger, and walnuts, and LOVE these on the fall mornings that are starting with some apricot marmalade (although they really don’t need a thing, but nice cup of tea.) 2nd batch, and this time, I know I better double it! THANKS SO MUCH FOR SHARING THIS GEM WITH THE WORLD!” -Caty

Zesty Italian Pasta Salad

Simple Banana Baked Oatmeal

Baked oatmeal is such a perfect meal prep recipe, and this recipe, which was first introduced to me by a friend whose place I stayed at, is always a hit!

“I have made this so many times I have lost count. Sometimes we double the recipe so we have a ready to scoop and reheat breakfast for a few days. Most recently I made it with homemade applesauce, no added sugar due to the bananas being ripe and it was delicious. What I like most is the flexibility – sometimes we add banana, raisins etc. And sometimes we don’t. Definitely a quick, yummy breakfast. Try it you will love it!” -Keri

The Easiest Lemon Baked Salmon

This is my go-to salmon recipe – it’s incredibly easy and results in foolproof tender, delicious salmon. One only pan needed!
